Missionaries

IAM does not dictate an individual's calling, but serves as a catalyst by encouraging the missionary's assignment be led uniquely by the Lord.  

IAM Missionaries are currently serving in many capacities and countries as the Lord calls and ministering in the areas of :

Establishing IAM Schools

"And the things that you have heard from me among many witnesses commit these to faithful men who will be able to teach others also." 2 Timothy 2:2

IAM Missionaries are serving with local national leaders to establish IAM Discipleship Trainings, teach, direct and spread the vision. IAM Ambassadors introduce, promote, identify and release national directors and coordinators to further discipleship. There are great testimonies of lives and regions transformed as a result of faithful laborers.       

Children's Ministries

"... Let the little children come to Me, and do not forbid them; for of such is the kingdom of heaven." Matthew 19:14

IAM Missionaries are establishing children's homes and homes of refuge for women and children in several nations. Laborers are training children in the Word of God and worship; raising up a young army who flow with the heartbeat and passion of Jesus.  A generation is being trained that will impact all eternity.

Evangelism Outreach Ministries

"... Follow Me, and I will make you become fishers of men."   Mark 1:17

All IAM Missionaries serve in fulfilling this greatest call through all venues of minstry, however there are identified IAM Missionaries who go from village to village, place to place and serve as an evangelistic witness seeing fruit as they share the Gospel. Discipleship mentoring follows and relationships are formed for the Lord's purposes.

Works of Mercy

"For the Son of Man has come to save that which was lost."   Matthew 18:11

IAM Missionaries are going forth in areas of compassion ministries: assisting national believers in basic training in medical skills, building trades, irrigation systems, gardening, etc. ... so that the needs of the body and spirit are met.

International Development Workers

"Therefore all things whatsoever ye would that men should do to you, do ye even so to them." Matthew 7:12

International Development Workers serve "in country," especially in Middle East territories, providing humanitarian relief and responding to social justice causes in line with relational Gospel outreach.

IAM Missionary Prep School

This 3-day orientation for new IAM Missionaries and staff is held at the IAM House of Nations. The orientation provides opportunity for IAM laborers to catch the IAM heartbeat, understand the ministry scope, see scenarios for potential mission experiences,  and receive practical preparation guidance, group training, fellowship, prayer and leadership counsel.
